The ceremony and reception will be held at Schedel Arboretum & Gardens, a botanical garden estate along the Portage River in Elmore, Ohio.

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors in a garden setting, comfortable attire and footwear are recommended.

Order of Events

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM due to the walk from parking to the venue as parking is across the street.

Golf cart shuttles will be available if assistance is needed due to the stairs down to the venue.

Ceremony

The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM

Cocktail & Coffee Hour

Guests are invited to explore the gardens, enjoy coffee & cocktails from 5:00 — 6:00 PM

Please note the bar is Cash Only

Dinner

Dinner starting at 6:00 PM

Dancing & Celebration

Dance floor opens for evening celebration at 7:30 PM

Farewell

Send off at 9:45 PM. The Venue will close at 10:00 PM

Questions and Other Info

  • We kindly ask that our celebration be adults only, with the exception of nursing infants.

  • Plus ones are noted on your invitation envelope. For any questions, text Sam or Zoë directly.

  • To allow everyone to be fully present, we ask that all phones be put away during the ceremony. We have a trusted team documenting this moment. We invite you to capture and share memories during the reception.

  • Cocktail hour is 5-6PM, with drinks available for purchase at a cash only bar

    A small card drop will be at the venue — no gifts are expected, we’re just happy you are joining us.

  • If you arrive after the ceremony begins, you'll be seated once the processional is complete — plan to arrive by 4PM.

  • The venue requires a short walk across the road and down. Golf cart shuttles will be available for anyone who needs assistance.
